Competition T&C’s:

1. STIHL Competition: This competition, sponsored by Hutcheon and Pearce, offers an incredible opportunity for participants to win an all-expenses paid trip to the thrilling STIHL National Timbersports Championships in Wollongong. Although the winner’s prize is STIHL related, this competition is open to all participants. Grand Prize: The lucky winner and a companion will embark on an unforgettable adventure with an all-expenses paid trip to the STIHL National Timbersports Championships. This thrilling event will take place on the 17th of September.
2. Prize Inclusions: The grand prize includes the following exciting features:
   • Three nights’ accommodation (from Friday to Monday)
   • Round-trip flights to Sydney, including transfers
   • Maximum meal credit of $300 per day. (Participants will only be eligible to claim the amount they actually spend on meals, up to the maximum of $300 per day. Any unused portion of the daily meal credit will not be carried forward or refunded).
3. How to Enter: To enter the competition and be eligible for the grand prize, participants must make a minimum purchase of $500 at any Hutcheon and Pearce store. Maximum 1 entry per purchase.
4. Competition Period: The competition will run from 22/5/23 to 31/08/23. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible for the draw.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries and notified via the contact information provided during the entry process. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize or an alternative winner may be selected.
6. Prize Conditions:
   • The winner and their companion must be available to travel to Wollongong – arrive on Friday 15th September, 3 nights’ accommodation  – Fri 15^th, Sat 16^th , Sun 17^th , Return Monday 18th Sept.2023.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
   • All additional expenses, not explicitly mentioned as included in the prize, will be the responsibility of the winner.
   • The winner may be required to participate in promotional activities related to the competition.
7. Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years or older. Employees of Hutcheon and Pearce, STIHL and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
8. Privacy: Participants’ personal information collected during the entry process will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and announcing the winner.
9. General Terms:
   • Hutcheon and Pearce reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
   • Hutcheon and Pearce’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition, including the selection of the winner, is final and binding.
