Leading Southern NSW John Deere dealership group Hutcheon & Pearce has acquired Chesterfield Australia’s Dubbo and Warren locations as RDO Australia Group takes on 11 of the 13 original Chesterfield dealerships.
The acquisition of the two dealerships is an exciting opportunity for Hutcheon and Pearce to better support customers across the region, complementing Hutcheon and Pearce’s strong local knowledge and existing footprint.
“Our acquisition of the two Chesterfield Australia locations from RDO Australia Group provides us the opportunity to build on the strong foundations already in place in Dubbo, Warren and the surrounding areas. Customers can have confidence in us to bring our 67 years of experience in the agricultural industry to contribute to the already outstanding local sales, parts and service teams supporting them today,” says CEO Arron Hutcheon.
Mr Hutcheon says the similar agricultural commodity bases and existing expertise in both businesses made the decision to expand north a perfect choice.
“Having a long history in the small grains, hay, cotton and livestock segments throughout Southern NSW and Northern Victoria means Hutcheon & Pearce is in a prime position to ensure a smooth transition for customers and staff. Now with 13 locations, our new and existing customers have access to more resources, support and expertise than ever before.”
