Wiring Harness
Inspect wiring harness for pinch points or rubbing when cleaning the machine down each day.

Spindle Wrap Prevention
Check moistener towel pads, height and tilt to prevent spindle wrap. Typically worn or damaged pads will cause spindle wrap.

Nozzle Strainers
Check and clean nozzle strainers regularly

Data Practice
Good data practice is to delete the old ‘work data’ before starting the next cotton pick. Contact TECSight if you’re not sure now to delete the ‘Work Data’. On the home screen you are always looking at setup information box to show the solution pressure reading from the ‘Machine Monitor.’ If the solution pressure starts to increase, the nozzle strainers are blocking up. If the solution pressure is dropping then the solution screen is blocking.

Battery Isolation Switch
Battery Isolator on CP770 orientation so its 12 o’clock off and 3 o’clock on – stops mud and debris from hitting and turning the isolator off causing machine shut down.

Belt Lacing
Check forming belts and lacings for damage and check belt tracking. Also replace belt lacings annually or if damaged.

Row Unit Height Sensing Shoes
Check row unit height sensing shoes for wear and replace.
