Harvester Expert Check Program
During the critical harvest period Hutcheon & Pearce are dedicated to keeping you up and running. To assist our customers in doing this we run our annual Expert Check program that gives you the chance to book in your Harvester Expert Check with Hutcheon and Pearce and receive our H&P Expert Check Guarantee.
As a John Deere dealer, our technicians have access to the latest training, OEM diagnostic equipment and technical manuals. This combined with access to John Deere’s parts support network and Dealer Technical Assistance Centre will keep you running when it matters most. When push comes to shove in the middle of harvest, can you afford to be waiting on a 3rd party repairer to keep you running?
Expert Check: $1,000*
Full Expert Check and Repair:
Let our trained service staff inspect your machine and provide a full inspection, written parts and fixed price labour quote for repairs. If the repairs are completed by us then the H&P Expert Check Guarantee will apply. 100km free travel included in inspection and any additional travel to be charged at zone service rates. If multiple fronts are inspected, then an additional $250 per front will be charged plus travel.
Full Expert Check and Self Repair: Like to fit your own parts, but want some advice? Receive 5% discount when placing an over the counter order over $5,000. 100km free travel included in inspection and any additional travel to be charged at Zone Service Rates. If multiple fronts are inspected, then an additional $250 per front will be charged plus travel. H&P Expert Check Guarantee does not apply to self-repair. Normal zone charges will apply to repairs and breakdowns. Afterhours travel charges and labour rates will apply if called out afterhours or on weekends.
Expert Check Guarantee:
If you break down during harvest, our H&P Expert Check Guarantee Includes:
- Priority in-season repair assistance
- No freight charges on overnight delivery from Melbourne on all required parts
- No travel charges (includes km and travel labour time) – only pay for the repair labour
- No afterhours parts or service call out fees
- H&P Expert Check Guarantee only applies if the recommended pre season repairs where completed by us.
*Conditions: Price is for the Expert Check only. Parts and labour for recommended repairs not included. Customers must have an up to date and current account. Repairs must be committed to within 30 days of receiving the repairs quote and completed within a mutually agreed time frame – all recommended repairs are completed using your choice of genuine John Deere or quality A&I aftermarket parts. Expert check includes Combine and one front. If front is located in a different location then additional travel will apply. Travel for on-site Expert Check is included in price (up to 100kms from nearest Hutcheon & Pearce location). Travel on quoted inspection repairs will be charged at our zone service rates. If multiple trips are required, multiple travel charges will apply. Breakdown and afterhours travel in season will be charged at our zone service rates. If multiple trips are required, multiple travel charges will apply. Warranty travel will be charged at our normal warranty Ttavel rates. *All prices shown in Australian dollars including GST.
